Well, for a change let’s start with the positive aspect:

But then there are the negative points:
1. Those “tits” are really quite small. The guy (probably) who told her about her shitty cleavage was definitely right.
2. 32 C on a good day? Seriously? Who do you think should believe that? No way those little humps would fill a C-Cup-Bra. Her chest is not completely flat like 64’s, but those are a small B-Cup, maybe sometimes an A-Cup.
3. It took you until collage to notice that your tits are small? Are you blind? Didn’t you see how the other girls developed real tits while you only had small humps?
I guess the little bumps are at least firm, so I’ll go for the ugly areola in the guessing game.

Size is a real issue/problem here, for sure. Note how much the “tits” have to be pushed upwards in that bra to give any semblance of cleavage. Whoever made the point in college about 72 having shitty cleavage was spot-on. 72’s breasts, such as they are, are just really insufficient—if you’re looking for a real woman, I can see why you’d look elsewhere.
The other issue I see here is the complexion of her skin. All of those sunspots just above and in-between the two bumps on her chest look rough now, but they’re *really* going to look decrepit in a few years when her skin becomes less taut and starts to wrinkle.
As sad as it is, her chest looks the best Joe that it ever will.
In terms of the other glaring flaw we can’t see, I voted for areola. I’m guessing they’re either a really weird/irregular shape, or they’re nonexistent and she’s just 100% nipple.
